1. Introduction

Welcome to Tredbox. By accessing or using our platform to Buy or Sell USDT, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Identity (KYC)

  • Real identity details required.
  • We may request Aadhar/PAN for large trades.
  • No Third-Party Payments: Bank account name must match your registered name.

3. Buying & Selling

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • Payment must be completed within the time window.
  • Fake payment proofs lead to an immediate ban.

4. Wallet Accuracy

Always check the network (TRC20, BEP20). If you provide a wrong address, your funds will be lost permanently. We are not liable for user errors.

5. Prohibited Actions

Zero tolerance for fraud, money laundering, or chargebacks. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

4. Bank Account Freeze & Liability Policy

Banking regulations regarding P2P crypto transactions are strict. By trading on our platform, you acknowledge:

  • No Liability: If your bank account is frozen, blocked, or put on lien by any authority after receiving payment, Tredbox is NOT responsible.
  • User Risk: You accept the inherent banking risks associated with P2P transfers.
  • No Compensation: We do not provide legal assistance or compensation for funds stuck due to bank freezes.
